Refund policy

RULE 1
Returns: All returns must be approved via email. If there is any problem with your order, there is a one week period that orders can be returned for a refund. Please email me at info@redriverspeed.com to receive a Return number.

RULE 2
All products have a one year manufacture warranty. Please contact us if there are any issues with your purchase. This warranty will be under normal use conditions. Items will have to be sent back for inspection prior to any replacement warranty to be issued.

RULE 3
If boots and skates are used even for one skate following heat molding of the boot, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure your boots fit reasonably prior to heating or oven baking the boots! If you are not sure please call us or email.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@redriverspeed.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Red River Speed Inc., 20 Fernleaf Drive Winnipeg Manitoba Canada R2M 4R4.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and specials/used items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
